Cancellation and Booking Policy

Please note that we operate on the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations, no-shows OR RESCHEDULING within 48 hours will incur 50% of the treatment cost.

Cancellations, no-shows OR RESCHEDULING within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur 100% of the treatment cost or will use one pass from your prepaid course.

Your clinician may become fully booked for up to 4 weeks in advance during busy periods so we recommend that you do not cancel your appointment if you will need to re-book within 1 – 4  weeks of the original appointment time. 

For laser treatments please arrive free of any tan or products containing fake tan. Waxing, bleaching and other skin treatments such as micro-needling or peels are not permitted prior to laser treatments unless explicitly stated by your clinician. 

You also accept responsibility for informing your clinician of any changes to your medication or medical condition. 

We will only book up to 2 treatments in advance on any one treatment course- due to potential need for appointment alterations.

Please note that we have no provision to care for very young children whilst your appointment is in progress. Children are not permitted into the laser treatment session rooms. 

We require a minimum £50 booking deposit to book session 1 of any pay-as-you-go course or individual treatment.

10% deposit required to book session 1 of any treatment course to secure discounted passes.

If appointment is moved or cancelled within 24 hours of the booked time, you will forfeit the deposit. If you do not show up for your appointment you will also lose your deposit.
